I MIGHT do the oil rub and buff, but am not 100% sure yet. I know Rudgie used that effect on his Makabius Knights and they looked great. Truth be told I am not good with regular washes (Agrax, Nuln etc). For some reason it never seems to sit right for me unless I add Klear and rub excess off as I go.

Regarding variants, well I have sent my lil’ bro to Warhammer World tomorrow with a wallet full of cash for Knight heads :) getting all FW Mechanicum heads for Questoris pattern and two Cerastus pattern ones. That should add a good “we from Malinax!” Vibe to them.
I’m going to do 2x Errants (1x Fist, 1x Reaper), 1x Paladin, 1x Crusader, 1x Warden. From the top they look nice but when on the knights in some more natural light they look a bit flat. But that might change when the rest of the colors goes on. Envious of the quickness with which you paint. Will be nice to seem them all together and finished. Are you planing any more variants for the banner of will it consist of what you found in the house?Agishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05355576788771116401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171473526147600929.post-57480432810869007482018-07-14T12:24:19.297+01:002018-07-14T12:24:19.297+01:00Cheers Siph Cheers Siph Drake Setahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06997172018989923595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171473526147600929.post-51191017895215815192018-07-14T12:24:02.517+01:002018-07-14T12:24:02.517+01:00That’s the way I’m reading it too. Does that mean to add a little white scar to the previous mix and use that as the highlight?BlingMarine13https://www.blogger.com/profile/14385434422799155294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171473526147600929.post-2661183986135682012018-07-14T10:29:05.205+01:002018-07-14T10:29:05.205+01:00It’s a lovely scheme coming together nicelyIt’s a lovely scheme coming together nicelySiph_Horridushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07159625883822754521noreply@blogger.com
