Solar Auxilia: Charonite Ogryns completed

As you guys know we are firmly making.our way through the recent Solar Auxilia range released by Forge World. We already have a couple squads of lasrifle sections and have now finished a trio of the Charonite Ogryns.

These were really fun to complete and surprisingly simple. The size did shock us a little as they about as big as a Primarch!

Here are some pics to show our work:

We have had a playtest with these guys (yes a battle has taken place!) and with the rest of the Solar Auxilia units we have and was a good run through. We will be providing a report of this later next week.

What do you guys think of our work? Let us know your thoughts on the comments below.

  3. I love the metalwork and red. The colors tie them together with the rest, but their immense size ensures they are still different. Really great job.

  5. I'm definitely impressed with their size and poses. I also like how you guys approach you projects as a team effort. That way everyone puts some of their time into it AND and everyone has had a positive effect on the end result. Good ethos :)

    1. Yup. We all reap the awards. Solar Auxilia are perfect for this. It is a force that can bolster a Legion thematically for Narrative driven Campaigns and they will be 50% of a technologically advanced society in our upcoming Karrus Campaign.
