Hi all.
It's time for weekly update to show you guys (and girls) what the bunnies have been up to this week and our plans for next week. I will also reveal the results from out recent poll.
Targel Vypus
Khall Sithis and I have been busy with my Word Bearers. We have currently primed 20 Tactical Marines and 5 Ashen Circle. I will soon be doing a post with my painting guide completes with pics so watch this space.
Drake Seta
Drake's Iron Warriors are coming along well. He is unhappy with the Gold on his guide Legionnaire so is ordering a series of Vallejo gold paints. He has 52 to the silver standard behind. At the moment it has been 5 hrs trimming and assembling. 2 hours of painting Bolters and 4 hours of Silver and washing.
Meganob
There is nothing new to add from Meganob this week. However, he is planning on trimming and possibly spraying some of his Iron Warriors and Thallax.
Darko Thane
Darko is preparing his salamanders and also new spartan. He is very much looking forward in starting his new army for which posts and painting guides shall follow!
Lastly I would like to reveal the results from out recent poll so drumroll please.....
As you can see, Ferris has won with 50% of the votes, followed by Angron, then Fulgrim, and then finaly Lorgar bringing up the rear (a place which is more suited to Fulgrim :-)). For me, this is very surprising as my favourite is Lorgar. Those of you who voted, could you please comment below with reasons as to why you voted for who you did.

I think Ferrus is exceptional. A beautifully sculpted Primarch. Lorgar is the same. His detail is exquisite.
ReplyDeleteI voted for Ferrus because it was simple amazing to me, a long time Iron Hands fan, to not see the typical "big and bulky, head shaven Primarch with ginormous armor". But Lorgar represents him perfectly but I am not a huge fan of the character and so i feel bias. Fulgrim is personally one of my favorite primarchs but the model is just... wrong. Am i wrong? Lastly, Angron is surprisingly good and i find he just looks mean and badass! Regardless, can't wait to see the others!
ReplyDeleteThere is meant to be 3 of each apparently. Khall is of the mind that some should be Ltd edition from Forge World. The smug Fulgrim model we have seen is fantastic, whilst the anguished and angry Fulgrim looks great in the duel. I just can't wait for Mortarion now.
