The time has come for us bunnies to share with you guys/girls what we have been up to. So sit back and enjoy,
Drake Seta
Drake has just put the finishing touches to the first 40 Solar Auxilia Lasrifle Auxilaries. Expect to see a picture for them Monday.
The group have found it very hard to find time to hobby recently after Xmas due to House moves, 2 Births and a family death.
Drake has come up with an idea for the Group's Solar Auxilia which is:
Drake: wash, trim, gravel and assemble.
Khall: Undercoat, Basecoats Ironbreaker on armour plates, and Warplock on guns, piping, cogs on backpack etc. paint canteen black.
Darko: Red Fatigues, light top down drybrush of Runelord Brass on weapon over Tim's Warplock, silver detailing on weapons done with Leadbelcher. Paint dagger Leadbelcher and hilt Warplock.
Targel: Paint Averland sunset on yellow pads, Gothgor Brown on gloves, fabric parts of boots. Balthasar gold drybrush on dagger hilt and Iron breaker on knife cutting part of blade (not flat).
Drake: eyes, zenithal highlighting on cogs and wheels, pipes, air tank, boom charge Balthasar gold. emblems.
Wash entire model with either Agrax or Nuln depending on section,
Sponge chipping on.
Do all bases.
When each person does their stage they pass the Solar WIP box on to the next person. This way the Bunny whose stage it is can pick it up and complete it at home.
Currently Drake has assembled 3 Charonite Ogryn and passed to Khall.
He has assembled another 10 Flamer and 10 Volkite Auxilaries which will be passed to Khall tomorrow.
Targel Vypus
I have begun to trim 20 assault marines, 5 terminators and Kor Phaeron, which I'm sure you can imagine is pretty tedious work. It will all be worth it however as I plan the run a train on the entire lot.
Darko Thane
Darko has been currently getting back into reading again after some time. Has read through Know No Fear and has found some admiration for the Ultramarines. He is now making his way through Fear to Tread. He will be back to modelling soon and work on his Caestus Ram when he can and move on to his next project legion, which has now been shaken around, and a post will explain these changes soon so look out for that.
That concludes this weeks progress report. Please comment below with your thoughts and don't forget to like our Facebook page and send in pics of your army and you may even get to see it on our armies on parade post every Wednesday. Also let us know what progress you have made this week
Take care :-)
