Today FW's Bulletin teased their new heavy weapons:
Mars-pattern Plasma Cannon
Ryza pattern Lascannon
Proteus II- pattern Missile Launcher
Rotor Cannon
Also, at the weekender, we saw the other weapons already:
I love the "Space Crusade" missile launcher and will get a pack of them for my Ultramarine Destroyers! What do you think about them? Write in the comments below!

I love the rotor cannon, but its stat line is just not good enough at S3.

ReplyDeleteIkr, I'm getting at least 5 las cannons and 10 of the auto cannons, I don't trust myself with the current belt feed they have. It's sad to think I'll have 30 iron havocs once these weapons come out :3

ReplyDeleteI love the Missile Launcher . . . Would still prefer a gravity fed missile hopper which is on top, but it still is very cool.

That's actually a pretty good idea :).

I really, really like that idea. The underslung Launchers would make a good theme for my Zone Mortalis/Boarding team Vets/support squads.

ReplyDeleteYes they're heresy era weapons, but With the exception of the Volkite and Rotor cannon, you can slap them into 40k since they are Mars, Rysa, and other forgeworld pattern weapons. So its fluffy to believe many of those worlds would still be producing some of them. Or that chapters would still have some kicking about.
