Battle Bunnies come first in the Horus Heresy quiz

Hi all

We have had a great night and fun day today. We also sat down as a group to enter the Horus Heresy quiz this year. 

It was the first quiz not hoseted by Laurie G. but was still very entertaining. 

Fortunately we came first! Helped in part by the combined efforts of the group in the plasticine model and art category.

Our team "People for the Ethical Treatment of Astartes" managed to get 42.5 points with the Fluff questions too :)

    There was a game I played in college 1996-1998 ish with play doh. You made a monster with weapons and the group would agree on which categories each person's monster had. You'd actually pick off the middle weapons and throw them at the other monsters and the group would decide how much damage it did.

    No idea of the name, but this reminded me of that.

    Morning bunnies. I don't suppose any of you found out over the course of yesterday what on earth the Misericordia is that some of the custodes are armed with? I'm not even after statlines, just to settle a debate that went on in our circle yesterday. I am assuming it is the power knife that you see sheathed at some of their waists, but I am willing to be wrong. :)

      Misericordia: is the dagger that every Custode carries. It is a badge of legal rank which permits the Custode to kill any servant of the Emperor.

      Yep its the knife. It's symbolic for "I'm allowed to do everything and execute everyone". Well, good they have no 'free will'.

      They have a name that model round, say what you see and a general knowledge round. Questions about home planets of legions, who did this, name a weapon style stuff!
