Forge World Bulletin: The Wolves are coming.

That's right. My favourite Legion are imminent.

We have been waiting a long time but it looks like every Legion's upgrades will be finally out soon.

Time to Cry Havoc.

Now I just need Lord Gunn and I will be a happy man.

    1. No. But I think it should be. Might be able to get Neil Roberts to say it is!

  3. I can't wait!!!
I'm hoping they don't just release stuff for BaC and do mk2 and mk3 at the same time.

    1. The torsos are actually mk III afaik :)

    2. Think it is a mass of Torso's which will cover the whole range sadly. The MKIV sergeant torso in the special weapons upgrade has a very mkIII looking chest. Only the ribbing at the bottoms of the ribs give it away as MKIV.

    3. But yeah. Please FW. We want all mk's for upgrades!

    4. I think that's only a question of time and mood :)

Thousand Sons will get their 2nd upgrades sets soon already =)

  4. I hope FW will do heads with leather caps and masks. At least that's how the SW are described in A Thousand Sons and Prospero Burns.

  5. They look good, but the wolf symbols on the wrong side surely? Shouldn't the sholder with bonded studs face the enemy?

    1. That is a big argument. MKVI has the studs facing the enemy and the sigil on the off side almost as standard. For other Mk's it's pretty much a personal choice I believe. But ideally yes.

    2. That requires two lots of shoulder pads for some legions. If you're that bothered you could use decals on marines with studded shoulder pads so that you can reverse the icon on the right pad.
I used to care about that but then looking at Collected Visions there was no uniformity so I stopped caring so much :-)

  6. They're depicted all over the place. I feel like we got used to the 40K, codex compliant marines and now everyone feels like there is rhyme and reason to this stuff. Seems to me that FW has done a good job of letting us know that things were more free wheelin' during the Crusade and Heresy.
