Back to the Heresy

Hi Everyone,

Just a brief post from me this week; you may have noticed a couple of updates of mine creeping into the weekly progress report and I thought I should outline what projects I’m working on at the moment!

I’ve taken quite a break from the hobby since the completion of my Iron Warriors, and just haven’t really had the time or drive to paint much. When Darien mentioned he was starting a new project though, I thought now would be the time to get back into the hobby and back into posting on the Battle Bunnies again.

At the moment, my main focus is going to be getting an Ultramarine army together; this will be for both Horus Heresy and 40k, so expect to see updates from both – but don’t worry, it’ll mainly be Heresy on here! The plan is to try and get these up to a small gaming size very quickly and then focus on creating narrative battle reports.

Let's be honest - the best bit of the Horus Heresy is seeing two fully painted armies tearing chunks out of each other on the tabletop!

I’ve also been persuaded (bullied, cajoled and pressured…) into taking part in the upcoming Throne of Skulls Horus Heresy Doubles by Ahmose Setu, on the condition that I bring a completely new painted army. So as I’ve left it so late in the day before starting, I’ve devised a Talons of the Emperor list with only 12 models… More on that soon!

Anyway, enough about me – what projects are you working on at the moment?
