Today we added the Tread plate Plasticard to our Siege Wall. We will be adding a thin trim and rivets soon to give the impression of it being bolted down.

So you wanna build a Siege wall
I have said Au Revoir to France (and building a wall there in my Dad's Grand Design-esque barn renovation) and have returned to good ol' blighty.
Well as always it's good to be back in the realm of 30k and Milton Keynes.
I have immediately recommenced work on the Curtain wall which will be the centrepiece for the start of our upcoming Great Crusade Campaign in the Karrus Sector.
I left off with the main structure of the walls assembled and the front and sides of the Bastion parts started.
Tonight I have added the rear face of the Bastions and the parapets.
A Wraith Knight considers it.

Curtain wall is coming along.
Hi all.
Just a quick post to show what I have spent the evening doing and how the wall be used.
The Bastions actually sit on the main structure of the wall very snug.
As you can see it is incredibly modular. I plan to make another destroyed wall section, a gate and 2 more Bastion pieces.
I will be able to place the Bastion pieces in very elaborate and differing locations on the curtain wall.
Unfortunately I am out of time for a while as I am going to France for a week and a half to help my Dad build a house. Lots of time to catch up on my reading though. Damnation of Pythos is calling.

Building a wall . . . A curtain wall.
Here we have the early stages of the Battle Bunny's Curtain wall.
We will be assembling a whole wall for us to attack in the opening stages of the upcoming invasion of the Karrus sector.
I am designing it to be extremely modular and replaceable with ruined sections as and when they are destroyed. So far it has been a really good construction.
Here you can see how high the main wall will be against one side of the main bastion sections (which will sit on top / over the wall), and the scale against some doors too.
Let's see how it develops over the next few weeks.
