Forge World releases 19/06/2015

Roboute Guilliman has been released for Pre-order. Although an awesome release, the Forge World lull continues.

He is a great looking sculpt. Very statuesque.

  1. Great looking model and FW's YouTube vid shows him off in an even better light: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87yRtbqRtJA .

    1. Awesome. Shame it was not an interview with the Sculptor! Really would like to have heard Egan talk about it again as he is so proud of it.

  2. Yessss, he's here! I was going mad after these 3 weeks of waiting. :'^}

    A very great model. The choice of the gladius/powerfist is perfect, it's a shame some people don't understand that a Roman style Primarch doesn't need oversized weapons to be impressive.

    The good point is that he is both statuesque and quite dynamic. Too bad FW didn't choose more alternative views, the miniature looks much more rigid than it actually is.

  3. Love the model and pose; however shame it doesn't come with the other weapon options mentioned!

    1. Maybe one day FW will hear the call of Fireblade Fulgrim players and all the fans yearning for more pieces of wargear. ^^ I want a finger-bladed Curze with the Corona Nox!

      I'm curious to see how they will deal with Perturabo's hammer option... :^/

    2. I think Perturabo will have the option to have it strapped at his shoulder as per the books. The guy is an absolute unit without the hammer anyway :) Pretty sure we will see him at FW Openday on the 5th. Hopefully for sale!

  4. Love all of it. I'm so glad to finally have my first primarch! Ultramarines will soon march across the 500 worlds chasing word bearer scum!

  5. It is a stunning model with a great pose. I do wish there were more options for movement (I would rather his sword arm by his side) but that is an argument I would make and probably lose for all the character models lol.

    I can't wait to get this boss on the tabletop, his rules are exquisite and really capture his legend - as does the model!
