  2. Maybe it's Angron as a daemon? I know i know, he doesn't have dreads...

Dag namit, two of my top three wanted seminars are on Sunday. Not sure if I can make them.

    1. It's for AoS sadly - but (!) since I'm a follower of the ooooold fluff .... daemonic creature is daemonic creature and can appear in both settings :P

    2. I love the old fluff too. Samaris riding temple dog fighting pigmies allied with jaguar pelt wearing frogs. Gnome warriors need I say more? Happy days.... :p

Yeah, got way too excited. The face did it, it looks like Angrons face from the old epic model.

  4. Is it only going to be seminars this time around? No demo pods or games to partake in? They usually have a pretty detailed schedule out a week in advance, but we're only a few days away and nothing so far. What gives? I sent them an email a while ago and never got word.

  6. This will be my first Weekender, should be awesome! Lots and lots of content there, the only problem is that I can't be in two places at once so may have to give most of the demo pods a miss in favor of the seminars.

I'm a bit biased but I'm hoping to see some new models or WIPs for the as yet unreleased Mechanicum stuff - including the new models from the next book! Not too picky really, it will all be good - most looking forward to the 'surprise' stuff that they always have, who knows what we'll be able to get our hands on! :D

Question for the veterans... after the final seminar on Sunday is that basically it (e.g. everyone leaves and it all closes down) or is there any reason to hang around after that time? Thinking of travel times etc.

  9. Not having to do with the Weekender, but certainly Heresy and up Atia's alley:

They're finally filling in some of the Heresy Era past of Eliphas the Inheritor from Dawn of War.

  13. Looking forward to it, it will be my first weekender. Do you need to sign up for the seminars, or is there space for everyone?

  14. Wait... why is the Alpha Legion preceding the Raven Guard when their numerals are XX and XIX, respectively? All the other Legions are correctly ranked by numeral. ????
