First off, congratulations to Castiel Druas who has wed his long term girlfriend this week! He has been quiet for the past month or two due to wedding preparations.
Bit of a quiet week in all this week, so let's see:
Stay tuned for the second part of his 'what's in the box' post where he'll showcase the completed containers he's also been working on.
Drake Seta has been working on his Death Guard Heavy Support squad with Plasma Cannons and has finished them this week. He now has his sights set on his Vlka Fenryka tactical squad for his next project.
Lady Atia, Kaelo Rylanus and Tylar Fasolt have been a bit too busy to show any progress this week.
This week King Fluff has been busy adding more layers of red to his fledgling Thousand Sons and building done of the infantry units that will form the backbone of his Imperial Fists 1st company. The plan for this next week is to get a 2nd Thousand Sons character converted from the Betrayal at Calth box and more infantry built and layered ready for some gold paint.
Darien has managed to finish assembling his mastodon and magnetising the doors. He only has the etched brass to add before he can begin the painting! He has also started assembling 10 more reavers, Kibre and Ekkaddon to round out his SoH first company. Below is a picture of Kibre.
Aveinus has been helping drake write up Aveinus' intro and epilogue to the most recent battle report this week and has found a little time to continue with his contemptor. Just a few more details and then it's on to transfers.
Now. Due to requests last week, this week coming we will be showcasing all of our forces as they stand and how our contributor sees their force/s develop.
Drake Seta
Congrats to Mr and Mrs Druas!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress guys! Are you guys going to have big enough tables for all the pictures of miniatures?
I think we shouldn't have a problem there. I am pretty sure I can get all my DG on a 6x4 with no issues. Currently over 4K complete.
DeleteI was thinking of fitting your IW and BG as well mate ;)
DeleteCongrats to the Druas's! I hope it was a very happy dad, and of course that is more important than little plastic men! Great work all around! I even got some units built: a Tac support squad with interchangeable weapons, and a heavy support squad with missiles. Plus am working on a vet squad at the moment, and a minotaurs Tac squad and dread.
