The Caladius Grav-Tank arrives!

Howdy Guys and Girls :)

Today Forgeworld revealed a new Custodes Vehicle via their bulletin:

"This incredible new vehicle, the first for the Custodes, will be available at the Warhammer 40,000 Open Days."

What do you think about it? Write us in the comments below!

Lady Atia

Edit:
Also, there will be a preview for Inferno aswell as Sisters of Silence rules for 30k in December's issue of White Dwarf :)

  1. I. Need. It. Some sort of hover Sicarian? Has anyone ever heard of this?

    2. Yep, the next step of the Astartes most advanced tank!

  2. Super cool if it was for the legions, but way way to plain for Custodes - where is all the bling? Really missed the opportunity here to do some spectacular ornamentation :/

  3. mmm a bit too 'tauish' for my taste... Probably, with a decent paintjob will blow my mind, though. xD

    1. Well, the "problem" is that these will mostly be gold and red ^.^

That said, Minotaurs look awesome too ;)

    2. You surely mean blue/green?

Hydra dominatus! I'm sure Alpharius will manage to get his mitts on some!

    2. I am. I'm hoping to get there early and get some pre-release goodies.

    3. Cool, will have to me up. I need a beta warlord head... and maybe a crazy hover tank.... Let's see what else FW have up their sleeves.

    4. Sounds good. Wonder if it's too much to hope for the 'chubby' knight to be on pre-release.

  5. I quite like the turret, very sicaran esque if you ask me. The hull though... idk about that as of yet. But then again I disliked the deredeo for a long while and just bought one lol

  7. Now we can flip back to Book 1 where it says in the flare shields description that they are used by grav-tanks.

  8. Nice but where are the custodes/emperor symboles (lightning for exemple)?

  9. It seems quite at odd with the general custodes visual look, clean lines and future sci-fi look. That said it's a stunning model!

    1. I know what you mean. It shares the design elements of javelin and jetbikes ... well, I'm looking forward to Custodes Jetbikes anyways ^_^

    2. I'm expecting normal jet bikes (if there is such a thing) and javelins at this point tbh.

      Oh and grav rhinos ;)

    3. I thought they already made "normal "jet bikes and javelins

  10. I wonder if the reason its lack of custodes bling is that it will be available to the 1st legion as well, definitely has a Terran feel to it rather than Mars. And we have been told that the dark angles will have access to all sorts of Dark age Terran technology!!!!

    3. Yes, I was thinking the same thing. Using the same chassis but different top turrets?

  11. A pleasant surprise. Different for sure, but I can see myself getting one at some point soon. And I never thought I would think about collecting Custodes.

  12. A bit.... Tau for my liking, but maybe a coat of paint will make it more imperial?

    1. I'm thinking Golden Age of Technology. Those Tau are late on the scene imitators.

  13. So does the preview of Inferno mean we can expect it before February, possibly late next month?

A bit strange to preview a book you can't buy for 3 months isn't it?
