There does seem to be quite a bit of interest in this project so today I am going to go through where my World Eaters project is currently at and what I am hoping to get done in time for Throne of Skulls on Saturday 25th March.

2 weeks to go now! I've got a fair bit of painting ahead of me but I think I can still get this done on time - also, the table is a bit misleading as while some of the stages aren't "complete", some of these are as good as done - the tacticals and the terminators come into mind in regards to this. I think the Red Butchers won't be coming with me as they are a lot more detailed than I originally thought and I don't think I'll have time to properly do them justice. I am also going to be kit bashing Surlak this week - should be able to build and paint him in one night really so I'm not too worried.

With any luck my drop pods won't take me too long to paint, for the most part it is going to be dry brushing as I have already got them primed (inside and outside different colours to make my life a whole lot easier) - I'm hoping to rattle through them tomorrow so you may get to see them in the weekly progress report tomorrow!
