Weekly Progress Report 16/04/2017

Hi all. A diverse week of hobby for us all!
Have a look what we have been up to.

Darien has spent the week assembling some custodes and a little something for his orks!

Atia used this week to paint the first 5 Squats - next to do are the frigate, 20 more squats aswell as two Rapiers!

Kaelo has been having a break from the hobby and is doing so for a few more months. He has been working on a kitbash for a 40k Roboute Guilliman. Here is a WIP.

And I have been working on several projects. My Freki and Geri models are finished, so is my Primarchs Leman Russ. I also have 10 Custodes finished too. They will all be shown over the next 4 weeks. That will give me some time to get some other long term projects started or finished. This week I have been working the whole long weekend on several terrain projects including taking the opportunity to hopefully bring my Zone Mortalis board to completion following with the Blood in the Void objectives. Going to be a fun few months.

  1. LOVE Squiggoths! The fit into 30k so well too.
Actually a great update all round.
I came across the Titan Owners Club being opened up with a Knight level membership, maybe a link here would be a good idea?

    1. :D me too! I would like a couple of the smaller ones to go along side the big guy! Think it would be a cool theme! Can't wait to see it take on a primarch as well!

  2. Liking the gulliman kitbash. How big is he compared to forgeworld gulliman?

    1. Yeah the Guilliman looks great! Looks more 30k style.

The model itself is slightly larger than the HH version. I have it next to each other (the 40k one only has a base coat). I think his Armour of Fate (is that then name?) is bulkier, probably since it sustains him.

  3. Oh man, so jealous of that new terrain! I wish I'd managed to grab the Armageddon set when it came out, will have to get the pieces separately now.

    Good work as always guys.

Since my job is keeping me pretty busy atm, I have only been aable to get some work done on my next 5 Custodes. For the next week, I hope to start on my first pair of Custodes Cybots as well as 5 Custodes with Shields and Paragon Blades. And I am hopefully getting my hands on Book 7 :)
