Thanks to Games Workshop for the Propagandist and Agitator samples.
This was an odd one for me from Forge World (I have assembled many many resin kits, and have never encountered this before). I was surprised upon opening the blister that everything was covered in what may have been oil.
Whatever it was it had started to eat into the plastic bases, fusing them together.
Priming these models was an absolute nightmare, feels like FW have changed something with their resin recently.
my normally reliable plastic primer did not stick at all, no matter how much scrubbing with soap.
Otherwise very impressed with the character of these models.
they don’t have a big presence on the board but that didn’t hold the designers back.
The Propagandist’s Analog boom box with brass horns clashes nicely with the TV array on a stick.
He is fully committed to the cause, having the back of his head removed to be wired directly into his speaker system.
To be closer to the sacred cause of blasting sweet hymns praising Lord Helmawr.
The Agitator is slightly more sinister, fitting with Necromunda’s theme.
I’m not sure if I want to know why he has medical gloves, apron and some medical syringe (Edited: Spray paint gun according to comments (thanks)). what he does to generate recruits from settlements is his own business.
Especially since he has an 8 pointed start conveniently hidden on the back of his head.
For the price of a Juve….ish, you get a reputation boost from both (if you win). The Propagandist help with recruitment, adding a free Juve on a roll of a 6 (wont happen much but it some influential Juve may by into the brass horn propaganda).
In the Agitators case (outlaw only) you roll two dice to see if you get a Juve from a settlement and pick the best result.
The Agitator’s ability is more reliable however The Propagandist’s provides more bit with a smaller chance of it happening.
If youre a casual dweller of Necromunda, you can probably give them a miss.
However if youre like me and absolutely love the setting, these will make a nice addition.
