Warhound Titans; WIP leg structure

Hi all.
Another great night down on the 2 Warhounds; Seething Hunter and Sonet Malis.

I have now washed the core structure of the engines with my armour wash (Agrax Earthshade, Nuln Oil, lots of Klear and a bit of water) and have also added some chipping with Ironbreaker.

Still need to do the oil buff etc (as I did with Bone Garland) but that will be done with all of the panels at the end.

Tomorrow I will start spraying the rest of the parts up.

  4. If a Warhound Hunting Pack hits the Purokar campaign that's gonna be amazing.

  6. The legs are a bugger, how did I you find them compared to the warlord? What heraldry do you have planned?

    1. Lol. The Warlord was a walk in the park compared to a single Warhound! I getting the Hydraulics at the top of the legs right was almost impossible.
Regarding Heraldry; I think I will keep the left shin pad as the same on both engines (as it looks to be some kind of pack marking, as per Betrayal). Still not sure exactly what pack it will be yet though.
I do want some white stripes on them somewhere too.

    2. Lol, I found warhound hardest, the reaver and warlord easiest. Reaver was the most fun! You have done a bang up job!

It's good you are keeping the family markings. I really can't wait for AT as I'm hoping this will have a load of source information with it!

    3. Well, the Warhound is a very old kit.....

    4. Still sits well in the range though. Maybe best to say a challenging kit. The only thing that seems harder to assemble is the Manta from vids.
