New terrain with drills?

Hi all

I did an Unboxing yesterday, and the inside of the box shows the schematics of what appears to be a drill piece of terrain. 


Is this a new phase of terrain that is planned for release?

    This set of terrain is the first of three lots.
    I was told all three batches are themed around different 'sector' ideas, so possibly it's one of them

    I think that the crane atop the oil rig board in this months White Dwarf belongs to the same set.

    I noticed that watching an unboxing vid some days back before I got my own. I hope it's a coming release and not a design they did but decided not to make.
