Howdy Guys and Girls!
Just want to remember, the first Primarchs book is going to release as limited edition at the 29th of April.
Black Library also send a little interview with David Annendale in their sneak peek:
So, what do you think so far? Hyped for a Primarch focused story? Russ (alongside the Lion) is next - who do you want to see after? What favourite Primarch stories already known but not released via Black Library do you want to read about? Write us in the comments below!
Don't forget, We March For Macragge!
regards,
Lady Atia
I really shouldn't but I will probably will buy all of these, got the other limited editions! Why stop now...
ReplyDeleteI think Dorn's book may be the one I'm most looking forward to; he's a bit of an enigma.
Perturabo would be nice. But only written from McNeill.....
ReplyDeleteMixed feelings. Huge UM fan but in terms of authorship not as excited by Annendale. He does WB okay but less so with UM. BaC was a let down but will probably get it since it is Guilliman. Honestly aside from ADB and Abnett the only other author who got it right was Gay Haley in Pharos. If anything the book will look good on my desk if it sucks. Also what's up with the eyes...last time I checked Guilliman is not a psyker.
ReplyDeleteRob Sanders wrote the The Honoured half of Betrayal at Calth.
DeleteThis guy is just a terrible author. The Damnation of Pythos was probably the worst-written book of the Heresy so far, bar perhaps Battle for the Abyss. I'm going to buy it, because Guilleman, but honestly... why do they employ SUCH BAD authors??? They have Abnett, Dembski-Bowden, Wraight, etc. So why the mighty fuck do they have this literary scrub on their team? He's worse than Christie Golden, he has no art to his name. Please, David, if you read this... leave the Horus Heresy alone, them assigning you to these books is actively hurting the works themselves. If you care at all about the series, the world and the community, walk away.
